Return And Refund Policy

We have a 101-day return policy, which means you have 101 days after receiving your item to request a return . After the 31 day, return shipping is required to be paid by buyer. With the 31 days you may request a free return label and have to return before the 101 day. You will get back a 100% of the product price

For international customers, we do not refund shipping charges and taxes. Customer has to get it back to us on their shipping cost to get a full refund of product from outside of the United States.

To be eligible for a return, your item must email, call or sms to us that you You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase like order number or purchasing or ship name of the product.

Credits and Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Damages and issues 
We fix all issues. Let us know if a zipper, shell  or shell is broken in the first 101 days.
